My thesis on university, e-commerce app

My thesis on university was to create an e-shop application.
This projects is not just a reflection of my design-programming skills, but also of a complete project realization, from understanding of “clients” (mentor) requirements to “live” production mode.
I even implemented this e-commerce solution to some of my clients, and they are more then satisfied with it.

e-Trgovina (eng.: e-Shop), thesis

Tech details:

• online credit card payment transactions via T-Com PayWay system
• technologies used: PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript
• custom CMS application
• occupy only 500 kB on hard drive (just app without product images and data in database)

Key features:

• user registration
• browsing products thru categories listing, search and listprice download
• featured (up-sell) and similar (cross-sell) product items (tzv. up-sell) and the newset items in products catalogue
• product ordering using virtual shopping cart
• prize games, polls
• shop owner defines shipping and available payment options by himself
• easy design theme change for the whole frontend of e-shop app
